Dear Dr. Quandt:

I would just like to take this opportunity to thank you (and Holly) for selecting me as your candidate for the Green Bay Total Transformation. There is just no way to tell you how it has changed my outlook on life (all for the better I can promise you that!) It has been one of the best experiences of my life and I am sure nothing else will ever come close to being as exciting as winning this contest.

I want to send a special thanks to Jeannie for giving up time each Saturday to work on my fabulous smile. You could search the world and never find a more personal, friendly, and fun staff then you have right now. I love each and every one of them!!

Thanks also to Greg, for all of his hard work in organizing this transformation and for taking all of my calls, which I'm sure, were driving him crazy!

Thanks to your wife, for being so darn cute and for giving up her time with you, on the Saturdays that you spent with me. You are a lucky man!

Most of all, Dr. Quandt, I want to thank you for giving me this beautiful smile. You would not believe the number of complements I get every where I go. There really are no words to express how wonderful, kind, generous and caring of a person you are to take time and effort involved in changing someone's life. You are one of the nicest people I have ever met, as well as a great photographer, and I will miss spending time at your office. Of course, I will need maintenance on these pearly whites.!!
