Implants
When permanent teeth are lost, regardless of the reason or number of teeth, dental implants can offer a “new lease on life.” They are superior to other choices because they are solid, secure, and esthetic. After nearly 35 years of use, they have a 90-95% proven success rate in appropriately chosen cases.
An implant is a special surgical grade titanium post, manufactured to highly precise specifications, under strict sterile conditions, that is inserted surgically into the jawbone below the gum surface. With proper use of the newest anesthetics and medications you need not be concerned about pain. As the bone bonds to the post, it forms a secure foundation onto which your new teeth are then attached and shaped to match your mouth. The number of teeth being replaced will determine the best kind of restoration for you. Implants can help replace a single tooth, or a full set of teeth. If you have been suffering with partial or full dentures, or are missing teeth, or feel you need teeth extracted, do not hesitate to call to be evaluated for implants.
The coDiagnostix® Implant System
The software coDiagnostiX® facilitates the exact planning of dental implants. Developed to plan fast, safe and extremely precise implant insertions, coDiagnostiX software is the latest technology in implant dentistry. The three-dimensional software, combined with the patient's CT scan, allows Dr Quandt to measure and plan implant placement, as well as any necessary bone grafting, prior to surgery day.
The entire planning process is performed directly on Dr Quandt's PC.
Advantages to Using the coDiagnostiX System
Esthetically, the support teeth that look like real teeth. Functionally, Dental Implants feel and act like real teeth.
With Implants, you can eat and chew again without pain or irritation. Foods that were forbidden are now back in your diet.
Implants eliminate the need for distasteful adhesives, there is no longer a need to use “glue” when your prosthesis is anchored to implants.
Implants can actually improve the taste of food. With less plastic covering the roof of your mouth, you can enjoy natural flavors and sensations again.
Quick process- All planning done prior to surgery day- no guesswork and surprises in the end. Appliance fabrication completed in the U.S. resulting in quick turn around time.
Safety- Less risk for patient as all vital structures are visible in the design and planning stages, may measure bone density, distance between structures, etc. Surgical guide consists of drilling tubes to ensure exact placement of implant insertions.
High Precision- Extremely accurate and precise implant placement.
Better aesthetics and increased longevity- More aesthetically pleasing/natural looking teeth and greater functionality resulting in longer lasting implants, due to precise placement.
Lastly, Implants can help maintain your bone structure and support your facial tissues. They can reduce or eliminate bone atrophy, which causes “shrinkage” or facial cosmetic changes.

Gum Disease
Gum disease (also known as periodontal disease) is an extremely common
but often undetected disease that can severally damage the integrity
of your teeth and gums. Sometime revealing itself through bleeding
or sensitive gums, it can also be a silent disease that can only be
discovered upon your dental visit. We will thoroughly examine your
mouth for indications of gum disease at the time of your visit. If
we find it, we offer sedation for your comfort, a laser procedure to
clean it up and then a recall schedule to monitor the health of your
mouth. In some cases, gum disease treatment can be done in one day.
Restorative Services
Over time, our teeth and gums can loose their previous luster and
appearance. Teeth can become discolored, chipped or even lost as the
result of our diets or accidents. Our restorative services will bring
your mouth back to where you began and even improve upon your past
smile. We can minimize your visit time and eliminate the need for dental
impressions through innovative techniques, such as the CEREC system,
which repairs partial or full crown damage in just over an hour. As
with our cosmetic services, we only use metal-free materials in our
ongoing commitment to patient safety.
Our restorative services are:
- Tooth Colored Fillings
- Porcelain Veneers
- CEREC 3D
- Whitening
- Bonding
- All Porcelain Crowns, Onlays and Inlays
